A World Bank (Bank) team visited Chisinau during January 14-18, 2019 to provide implementation support to Modernization of Government Services Project (MGSP), as well as monitor implementation progress and results achieved.

The team met key stakeholders in the State Chancellery and the e-Governance Agency and held consultations with other government agencies - beneficiaries of reengineering performed with MGSP support.

At the same time, the World Bank experts met representatives of the institutions involved in the public service re-engineering process and discussed key challenges and the service providers vision regarding the radical remodeling of work processes.
