Rezina, Calarasi and Dubasari districts involved within public services reengineering process

Upon the second institutional and procedural reengineering process of Joint Information and Services Bureaus, MiLab project representatives, together with 18 representatives of 3 territorial bureaus – Dubasari, Calarasi and Rezina, analysed the current operating mechanism of Joint Information and Services Bureaus (JISB). Therefore, the officials expressed their opinions regarding the advantages and disadvantages related to current way of work and identified population categories that need additional / different support for accessing services.
The citizens’ view regarding the process of providing information and services within bureaus. The questionnaires contained questions about the JISB accessibility and services provided, the duration of accessing the services, the quality of providing services (including the attitude and skills of public officials that work within JISB).
We remind you that the rethinking and improving the institutional and procedural process of Joint Information and Services Bureaus platform will be tested and implemented through the support granted by MiLab and United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Economic Empowerment of Women (UN Women), under the auspice of the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova.
There are 3 steps until the end of the initiative, the ideation one, prototyping and final testing step.
