The e-Government Center (eGC) launches public consultations regarding the elaboration of an electronic payments gateway. The eGC has developed a concept on the development, implementation and operation of the mentioned service. This service will offer the possibility to make electronic payments, also using the mobile payments, for public services offered by the Government of Moldova and could also be used for electronic commerce scenarios.

We kindly ask you the private sector, especially the ICT companies and the banks, as well as civil society, to comment on the concept, which is available for download below. After the public consultations stage, we will organize summary meetings in order to finish the concept that will lay the foundation for implementation of the payment gateway.
