The pilot project on the re-engineering of three public services has been launched

The e- Governance Agency in partnership with Ernst & Young launched today, September 6, the pilot project on public service reengineering.
In the first phase, 3 services were selected, namely: unemployment benefit, work capacity and disability determination and driving license issuance service.
The four institutions concerned, the National Agency for Labour Force Employment, the National Council for Determining Disability and Work Capacity and the Public Service Agency have shown interest in this project because of which will be optimized work processes and the quality of public services delivery to citizens.
Reengineering public services refers to the fundamental rethinking and radical remodeling of the work processes within an entity, with the scope to improve key performance indicators such as cost, quality and time speed in accessing a public service.
Because of the reengineering process, a new model of public service delivery, citizens centered, and social inclusion will be developed.
Public service re-engineering is a core action under the "Public Services Modernization" Project implemented by the Electronic Governance Agency with the World Bank Group support.
