The IT managers are learning to implement the online register creation platform

The Center for Electronic Governance is organizing a seminar dedicated to the e-Transformation coordinators and the IT managers from the public and private sectors, with the aim to inform them on the possibilities to implement the Governmental platform for registers and authorizations (PGRAP).
Thus, the participants will discuss the legal issues related to the functionality of the platform, learn the objectives set in this respect and work in a project aimed to develop a PGRAP application. The IT managers will also test and manage the application.
The PGRAP platform is designed for the creation of electronic record keeping systems and/or systems specialized in issuing permits, especially authorizations. The implementation of the PGRAP platform will significantly contribute to the business process optimization, as it is focused on the development of business processes by using exclusively visual and inexpensive mechanisms. Consequently, PGRAP will enhance the quality of information, as well as electronic services delivered to citizens and constitute an important step towards the achievement of service digitization objectives by 2020.
The platform is hosted by MCloud and may be requested as PAAS (Platform as a service). This provides the opportunity to monitor data and generate reports.
