Today, June 24, the Center for Electronic Governance (CEG) attends the quarterly meeting dedicated to human resources management within the central public administration authorities (CPA).

The meeting brings together heads of HR subdivisions from within the central public administration authorities and is focused on the analysis and discussion of some complex topics such as results of the anti-corruption policies’ implementation within the CPA, but also the realities and prospects of the e-Governance in Moldova.

During the meeting, the CEG presented the results achieved while implementing the Electronic Governance best practices within the CPA authorities under the e-Transformation agenda and the plans developed for the second half of 2014 to the Human Resources Divisions Heads, emphasizing the importance of these subdivisions’ effort while stimulating and promoting social innovations in the Governance technological modernization.

A special emphasis was placed on the importance of strengthening the digital skills of the civil servants and their openness towards applying innovative approaches in promoting reforms in the context of the essential role played by them in implementing the e-Government agenda and, respectively, the principles of open and effective governance at the sector level.

The E-Governance Transformation Project is implemented by the Center for Electronic Governance in partnership with the central and local public authorities and aims at e-Transforming the Governance in the Republic of Moldova by increasing the access to public services and increasing citizen participation in the decision-making process.
