Terms and Conditions of the e-Traffic app

The application will inform the users on the following aspects related to the breach: the number of the internal file drafted by the police, the Article of the Contravention Code the breach is subject of, details on the breach, place of the breach, penalty points, and the minimal and maximal applicable fine. The service shall send notices recorded after the subscribing. Thus, the user will be unable to view the breaches committed before the subscribing to the application.

At the first stage, the application will be available for Android by using Google Play. Soon the application will be also available for iOS users. The next version will also allow users to pay fines by means of MPay from their mobile phones by using their bank cards.

By downloading and/or using the e-Traffic application, the users agree to receive notifications form the Single Traffic Monitoring and Control Centre of the Information Technologies Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
