Today, the webinar "eGov to AmCham: G2B Services and Platforms" was held, where representatives of the e-Governance Agency presented and discussed with the business community, the American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova and other partners e-services available for the business and the concept of a product under preparation – Entrepreneur's Portal / Personal Cabinet, which will be part of the government portal of public services servicii.gov.md.

During the webinar, participants identified a permissive act in the AIS "Electronic Management of Permissive Acts", which integrates most platforms / platform e-services (MPass, MSign, MPay) and reviewed the stages and steps to be followed by an economic operator in this context. They also presented, reviewed and discussed the new versions of the portal servicii.gov.md and the entrepreneur's cabinet/portal as part of the portal servicii.gov.md.

Participants were informed about and discussed in detail the following issues and products:

·       Government portal of public services servicii.gov.md, as a single point of entry and access to e-services and information about all available administrative public services (public service data sheets or passports), as well as the new (preliminary) version of the portal, which was presented to the business community and other interested participants for review and suggestions

·       Redirection to actpermisiv.gov.md and following the stages with relevant procedures, from MPass authentication to the receipt of the final product or service

·       Electronic authentication tools and their use, including MPass and TOTP authentication

·       Filling in the electronic application form for a service, real-time data exchange through MConnect, relevant ways and arrangements for data exchange between the public and private sectors

·      Signing the electronic form through the Government Electronic Signature Service MSign, functionalities offered by MSign and service development plans to respond to the needs of users, including the representatives of the business community.

·       Government Electronic Payment Service MPay, portal-integrated services, payment methods, new service functionalities and ongoing development plans.
