We launched the 2.0 version of MSign - Government service for digital signature service to improve user experience

Today, April 5, 2019, the E-Governance Agency launched a new version of the MSign- Government service for digital signature - version 2.0.
The 2.0 version offers the possibility to sign and verify multiple files in one action, can be installed as a mobile application (PWA) and has an user-friendly interface. At the same time, in order to increase the user experience, was improved the performance for all usage scenarios and was created the "FAQ" section.
The MSign service provides the possibility to sign electronically, using different advanced tool including the mobile signature. The exchange of information between Informational systems via MSign is accomplished through secured channels using cryptography as information security mechanism.
The E-Governance Agency encourages all public entities to use at maximum digital signatures in their day-to-day work, as the use of digital signatures allows full digitization of government work processes, saving time and cost for printing, faxing or classic mail, or filling out paper forms. A digitally signed document is legal equivalent to the paper document, signed with a handwritten signature.
Government service for digital signature service MSign (msign.gov.md) was launched by the Government on July 1, 2013 as an integrated, secure and flexible mechanism of various solutions for the application and verification of the authenticity of the advanced digital signature by users. Public authorities and institutions are required to integrate their information systems with the MSign service for the application and verification of digital signatures.
