Training on the access to “data with authorized access” for central and local public authorities

Today, 21 May 2021, the e-Governance Agency held a new training session for the representatives of 7 central and local public administration authorities (mayor’s offices, district councils), in their role as data exchange participants and beneficiaries of the Interoperability platform (MConnect).
The participants learned about the functionalities and particularities of the Module "Data with authorized access" of the Government Data Portal, which is the interface of the MConnect Platform, designed to provide access to data for institutions that do not have their own information system but are legally required to access and process data.
The training also highlighted how the use of the interoperability platform and access to electronic data can help improve the interaction with citizens, improve the quality and speed of decisions, and reduce the administrative burden of the service delivery process.
The training session is part of the series of activities for the implementation of the National Interoperability Framework and aims primarily at ensuring the citizen- and business-centred provision of services, reuse of information resources and systems in the public sector, ensuring effective communication between public and private sectors, as well as between central and local public authorities.
