The actions proposed by the e-Governance Agency for implementation in 2020 took the form of launching new platforms, developing and improving the existing ones, promoting important legislation, concluding new contracts with various authorities and organizations, strengthening partnerships and organizing more training activities to increase the quality of electronic services provided by public authorities.

In 2020 the process of digitization of services subject to reengineering and modernization of public services in the fields of Population Documentation, Social Insurance and Civil Status was organized, which includes a total of 85 services selected for modernization, of which 48 services are provided by CNAS.

Over the reporting period, the e-Governance Agency developed and submitted for consideration 10 regulatory acts related to the field of e-governance, and another 5 documents are work in progress.

According to the EGA statistical balance sheet, in 2020 cyber security audit was included in the Agency's area of competence. In exercising this competence, EGA carried out cyber security audit missions at 13 public institutions, including the State Chancellery, several ministries, agencies, centres and state services.

At the same time, during the reporting period, in order to strengthen the institutional capacities and professional skills of civil servants, EGA specialists trained over 100 civil servants involved in the provision of electronic public services and in the management of digital government platforms.

In order to collect important and relevant data on citizens' satisfaction with online and offline public services and to survey the level of support and understanding by respondents of the process of e-transformation and digitization of government, 2 sociological surveys were conducted in 2020. The surveys were conducted on a representative sample of about 8 thousand respondents from all over the country.

In 2020 the e-Governance Agency adopted a new visual identity, which can be found in the Visual Identity Manual of the EGA, approved last year. The AGE brand book contains a system of graphic elements that form the basis of the visual identity of all electronic products, platforms and services created by EGA. The general public was informed about the institution’s achievements in the framework of the Communication Campaign "10 years of e-Governance in the Republic of Moldova".

The data is included in the EGA Report on the implementation of the 2020 Action Plan.
