During the next months, a range of information and training sessions for the relevant officials and their partners from the three selected localities (Calarasi, Rezina, Dubasari) will take place.

„Now is the moment to involve each person through the reengineering process, which will optimise internal processes to provide high quality services to citizens,” Iurie Turcanu, director of EGC, declared.

Within this session, the products of available and relevant e – Governance products will be presented in the context of provision of public services (MPay, MConnect, PGRAP, MNotify, MPass, Public Services Portal etc.) and aspects related to technical, legal arrangements, organisational of use, reuse and connection to these products and platforms.

These sessions are intended for services providers within Common Information and Services Centre from Calarasi, other officials within decentralised services (Civil Status Office, Office of Population Registration and Documentation etc.), experts charged with public relations and / or within Public Administration Department, mayors / secretaries of Local Councils.
