The MPay Service allows the payment of the fees imposed by all the kindergartens subordinated to the Chisinau Municipality.

A different (than the usual for MPay) approach was used while making this possible. This time the payment option was integrated directly on the MPay portal.

This means that the payer will have to access the mpay.gov.md. portal at first. On the online platform the payer will introduce, on his own responsibility, the primary data (ex: kindergarten No., unique number of the child, full name and the group of which the child is part as well as the amount to be paid). All these data will be included in the bill. Subsequently, the payer will be able to choose the payment method, either online (from the card and Internet Banking) or by cash (at the terminal or at the bank counter).

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the kindergarten fee payment through MPay will be possible only based on the bill issued by this service (on corresponding identification number).

If the payer, for various reasons, will not be able to obtain the bill directly from the mpay.gov.md. portal, he will have the possibility to benefit from the assistance of other payment service providers (financial institutions, Posta Moldovei, cash-in providers). In this case, the kindergarten fee will be paid in the traditional way, according to the agreements concluded with the local authorities.
