Sociological survey - Measuring the perceptions of public service beneficiaries

From 14 December 2020 to 15 January 2021, the Modernization of Government Services Project conducted a survey aimed at measuring the perceptions of beneficiaries of public services undergoing modernization:
• Birth registration – postpartum events and actions;
• Death registration - post-death events and actions;
• Marriage registration;
• Divorce registration;
• Issuance of civil status documents;
• State registration of legal entities;
• Granting old-age pensions to different categories of beneficiaries;
• Granting pensions other than old-age pensions;
• Granting social allowances;
• Granting social benefits;
• Granting compensations and social benefits;
• Issuance of social insurance certificates;
The purpose of the survey is to measure the degree of population satisfaction with the quality of public services.
