General News

The Center for Electronic Governance initiated a series of public consultations on the Government Decision Project „Registers and Authorizations Platform” aimed to establish the Registries and Authorizations Government Technological Platform (hereinafter referred to as – GPRA), as well as to approve the Regulation regarding the use and operation of this platform.

GPRA is part of the MCloud platform and is designed to facilitate the development of electronic records and systems for issuing permits with significantly lower costs, shorter implementation period and higher cyber security level.

GPRA underlying principles are:

-Interoperability

-Flexibility

-Scalability

-Configurability

The Regulation on GPRA use and operation defines both the way of using the platform as well as its powers and the relationship between

-beneficiaries of the platform (legal entities, ministries and other public authorities using the GPRA to develop information systems),

-operators (responsible for the platform technological and technical operation) ,

-suppliers (responsible for the platform maintenance, operation and improvement),

-and third parties.

The Regulation puts special emphasis on issues related to information security and personal data protection.

The Government Decision on e-Registries and e-Authorizations Platform together with the Regulation on its use are available here.
