Partnership for the development of the economy of the Republic of Moldova

When two institutions realize that their priorities coincide and their activity is oriented towards the same goal, i.e. to facilitate the dialogue between the business community and state institutions, naturally the need arises for a partnership aimed at strengthening efforts in this direction. The Public Institution "e-Government Agency" (AGE) and the Secretariat of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova (SEC) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which aims at improving the dialogue between business community representatives and government decision-makers of Moldova.
According to the document, the partners will exchange information about their activities and will organize joint actions to advance the development of a favourable social and economic climate and an investment-friendly business environment.
The main objectives of the partners include facilitating dialogue between business community representatives and government decision-makers, as well as implementing policies to modernize government services, Governance e-Transformation (GeT), by providing effective solutions to improve quality of services provided.
The Memorandum of Cooperation was electronically signed by Iurie Țurcanu, Director of the e-Governance Agency and Ion Lupan, Head of the Secretariat of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
The e-Governance Agency and SEC are organizing on 8 December 2020 public consultations on the launch of the Entrepreneur’s Government Portal in the Republic of Moldova. This activity takes place in the framework of the Communication Campaign "10 years of e-Governance in the Republic of Moldova", carried out by EGA between 10.10.2020 - 20.12.2020 to mark a decade of the institution’s establishment.
