Participates within public consultations on proposals to reform public services

In the last 6 years, the Republic of Moldova recorded visible progresses related to modernization of government by means of using information technology and communications (ITC). The Government created a ITC world-class infrastructure, which allows the development and provision of electronic services to the highest quality standards.
At the same time, the citizens and business sector continues to face a range of constraints in the interaction with the state, one of the most important being the corruption, which 40 % from companies consider a major impediment for business (according to World Bank-EBRD Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey (2013).
For 2017, the Government proposed to withdraw from use the old services, to optimise the activities of single stop shops and to increase the digital inclusion of beneficiaries to local level and the level of adoption of electronic services.
At this stage, we launch public consultations on proposals to reform public services into a larger format. Everybody can transmit relevant proposals, participating in this survey until July 01, 2016. All suggestions given by the citizens, civil society will be analysed and discussed with the institutions concerned For more clarifications, documents and additional information, contact us on office@egov.md.
