The Optimized Governmental Platform for Registers and Authorizations

Wednesday, August 20, the Cabinet of Ministers approved within a Government Meeting the Decision on the governmental platform for registers and authorizations. The platform is designed to develop information systems for keeping electronic records and / or issuing of permits, especially of authorizations. The governmental platform for registers and authorizations shall be able to develop services without requiring program code programming or adjustment activities.
The implementation of the governmental platform for registers and authorizations shall considerably contribute to the business processes optimization, the main emphasis being laid on modeling the area through some exclusively visual mechanisms at little expense. Thus, the costs related to the development and detention of applications based on the governmental platform for registers and authorizations will be lower as compared to the applications’ development in a conventional manner.
The principles underlying the platform for registers and authorizations are: interoperability, flexibility, scalability and configurability. The governmental platform for registers and authorizations shall allow modeling of entities and workflows for various processes used in the provision of electronic services, introduction of new rules and processes for new services without additional development needs.
