Several officials, including mayors, deputy mayors and other employees from 12 mayoralties within Chisinau municipality, as well as from Ialoveni city, were trained today on how to use the functionalities of the Government Data Portal www.date.gov.md in order to optimize their interaction with citizens and request fewer documents from applicants.

The training session was organized by experts of the e-Governance Agency, who manage the Interoperability and Data Exchange Platform (MConnect), and aimed to guide LPA representatives on how to manage and use information services configured in the Module "Data with Authorized Access” on www.date.gov.md.

Following this training, local public authorities will be able to access in real time data on individuals, as well as data from the information resources of the National Social Insurance Agency, which are needed in the context of examining and addressing applications for social benefits.

During the event, they announced the upcoming launch of a new information service designed for local public authorities, which will give them the opportunity to access and analyse, in the decision-making process, the data on real estate owned by beneficiaries.
