The new issue of the EGA newsletter was published

The quarterly publication of the e-Governance Agency (EGA), resumed this year, comes with new information and interesting data for readers. The new issue of the EGA’s electronic newsletter came out today, 19 July 2021.
The five chapters summarize the key events and achievements that took place between April and June 2021. These include improvement of e-services, digital literacy, partnerships with other institutions, relevant data about e-governance in people's opinion presented in infographics, latest developments in innovation, and the digital calendar of events organized by or with the participation of EGA experts.
In our newsletter, you will find more information about the new EGA’s Communication and Partnership Strategy for the next four years; the results of the two information and digital literacy campaigns; the 50 e-governance promoters who received their certificates and became e-ambassadors of digital transformation; the business opportunities offered by digital public platforms and the support provided by EGA for the country's first e-Transformation educational platform. The content of the newsletter also reflects the EGA's latest collaborations with a number of international and local institutions, public entities and NGOs, as well as the joint activities and objectives they planned for the future.
