MPay is a service more and more accessible. On May 26 were approved the amendments to the Government Resolution with respect to the use of the Government MPay Service for the private sector. At the same time, the Government adjusted the amount of the commissions and approved the procedure of reimbursing payments state institutions collected from citizens and entrepreneurs. The payment procedures were initially carried out at the state enterprises. 

MPay enables service payment by several payment methods: bank cards, self-service terminals, e-banking and cash-payment systems. In case of cash payments, beneficiaries who do not have Internet access can pay at the numerous SSTs, connected banks or go to the national post offices.
