A year from the kindergarten fee integration into Governmental electronic payment service, 66.290 transactions of 5.674.122 MDL have been registered. Until now, 177 kindergartens from 40 regions of the country have been integrated through MPay.  

This integration method provides that the payer will access mpay.gov.md portal. He will fulfil the primary data on online platform (for example: the no. of the kindergarten, the unique number of the child, the full name of the child, the group to which he belongs and the amount to be paid) under his own responsibility. All these should form the bill. Subsequently, the method of payment will be selected, either online (card / Internet Banking) or cash (over the counter at the bank). People must be aware that the payment of kindergarten fee shall be carried out exclusively based on the bill issued by this service (based on the related identification number).  

In case the payer for some reasons will not be able to obtain the bill directly from mpay.gov.md portal, he shall appeal to other payment service providers (financial institutions, Posta Moldovei (Moldova Post), cash-in providers). In this case, the kindergarten fee shall be carried out traditionally, according to agreements concluded with local authorities.

The new payment option integrated through MPay service was launched in partnership with the Chisinau Mayor’s Office, by General Direction for Education, Youth and Sports, subsequently extended due to the aid provided by the requiring local public authorities.
