Societal evolution, events like the COVID-19 pandemic make certain actions, services, and relationships cross the traditional threshold and become a normality while using online access. The MNotify service, launched by the e-Government Agency, allows public institutions to reduce the time given for citizen's notification actions and gives the possibility to apply through an easy support (online notification service), a proactive communication with the citizen.

Our colleague, Dumitru Postu, Project Manager, spoke about all the benefits and opportunities offered by this product (MNotify) in an in-depth interview given to the Agora news portal.

Dumitru talked about the advantages offered by this product and how it can simplify the lives of representatives of public institutions who have the obligation to notify/inform users of public services, as well as citizens and economic agents in terms of security of personal data and information, and about the new legal provisions relating to this service, accessibility and substantial improvement of the quality of services provided.
