The action plan for open government 2012-2013 includes activities through which the Ministry of Health will apply the reform of technological modernization of the government (e-transformation). Among these we count developing a new platform for medical institutions web pages, compulsory usage of official email addresses by institutions in their internal and external communication, increase efficiency of the public consultation process in the field and opening public governmental data.

These actions are meet the Government Decision No. 710 concerning “the approval of the strategic program of technological modernization of the government”, Government Decision No. 195 concerning “the approval of the Action Plan for Open Government for the years 2012-2013 and the initiative “Free access to public governmental data”.

The coordination of the Action Plan for Open Government is made by the e-transformation department in the Ministry of Health.
