Friday, May 23, the e-Government Centre attended the international scientific-practical conference „Theory and Practice of Public Administration”, organized by the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Moldova. The conference gathered together representatives of the academia, public administration and experts in the field. They discussed topics such as public management trend in the context of creating an administrative system based on knowledge, theoretical and practical aspects of staff development or modernization of public administration in the context of European integration. 

An entire workshop carried out within this conference was dedicated to e-government transformation and importance of this reform in ensuring an efficient and transparent governance process.

The main objective of the conference was to analyze the most pressing problems of the public administration reform, mechanism for implementing the new legislative acts in the field, as well as to synthesize the innovative ideas and the best practices in public administration.
