The Government approved Wednesday the "Program concerning the Interoperability Frame". Interoperability represents the ability of systems and organisations to work together, change and reuse data, and the interoperability platform is the the technical solution which facilitates the data exchange among public administration authorities.

The informational systems will be connected easily, rapidly and safely by using custom terms, regulations and technical standards. The interoperability platform will act as a data exchange circuit. 

The data exchange among public authorities will be free of charge.

The production launch for the interoperability platform is scheduled for September 2014.
