Government communicators are learning how to better use social networks
50 government communicators, representatives of 23 state institutions are involved in “Effective communication on social networks” training, organized by the e-Government Center in partnership with Government communication and public relation office.
The trainers who are specialists in online communication are talking about how the information can be adapted from offline to online, what communication tools provide Facebook and Twitter, how to choose the target audiences and track the performance of public institutions on social networks.
The participants do practical exercises, simulate situations, formulate messages and post information on social media.
The series of trainings on online communication is in its fourth edition. The e-Government Center will continue this initiative.
