General News

March 31 is the deadline to which the 2013 tax statements should be submitted. The taxpayers who are not informed in this regard yet should know that this operation can be performed in the most simplistic way, namely online, by the instrumentality of the Electronic Fiscal Record service. An even better news is that, starting from now, there is no need in going to the commercial bank counters. The Electronic Fiscal Record service has been connected to the Governmental Electronic Payment Service MPay - which makes possible to pay the income tax by means of an electronic transaction.

MPay makes it possible to pay for services via multiple methods such as: bank cards, payment terminals, e-banking systems and cash payments. In the case of cash payments, the citizens may appear before the connected bank counters or at the post offices of S.E. “Posta Moldovei”.

Thus, presentation of the income statement and payment of the tax - processes which before were stealing hours from the taxpayers’ daily agenda, can be transformed into activities lasting just a few minutes, independent from the public institutions’ work schedules.
