E-governance in a nutshell was the topic of discussion at the Ora Locala („Local Time”) show, a public debate show on MEDIA TV Cimislia. Experts from the e-Governance Agency participated in the show, where they provided information to the general public about online public services, the benefits of e-governance for citizens, and ways of accessing digital platforms created and managed by EGA.

Vlad Manoil, Head of the Project and Product Management Department, presented the concept of e-Governance, while explaining, through specific examples, how every citizen can benefit from the electronic alternative provided by the Government, by accessing remote services.

The viewers of this television channel learned about the new EGA project that will bring public services closer to their homes. Tatiana Sincovschi, CUPS (Unified Service Provision Centres) Project Manager, informed people about the efforts made by EGA to facilitate the interaction of citizens with the state. The new service, which will be available in rural areas of the country, is designed for people with modest digital skills, who cannot access online services on their own, or who need guidance when using technology, but also guidance in the maze of public administration.

Dumitru Postu, MPay Project Manager, answered the questions about payments for public services, providing instructions for the successful use of the Government Electronic Payment Service MPay.

The discussion focused on opportunities provided by the technology and the benefits of its awareness, acceptance and use in interaction with state institutions.

The e-Governance Agency thanks the local TV station Media TV Cimislia for the initiative, high interest in e-Governance and its concern for providing accurate information to the public and encourages the extension of this broadcast format to cover other local stations in the country, so that digital services reach every house.
