EGC CONTRIBUTES TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGISLATION ON PERSONAL DATA
The E-Government Center is seeking professionals to develop the Automated Information System "Personal Data Holders (Operators) Registry
Chisinau, September 16, 2011. The E-Government Center of Moldova launched the procedure for selecting the Consultant to develop the Automated Information System "Personal Data Holders (Operators) Registry" through Public Procurement Agency. Additional information is available on http://www.tender.gov.md/.
Development of the Automated Information System "Personal Data Holders (Operators) Registry" is necessary for the creation of basic conditions for implementation of legislation on protection of personal data.
Personal data protection is included in the Action Plan Republic of Moldova - European Union for visa liberalization.
Art. 4 of the Law on personal data protection provide that: „personal data” are data about an individual that allow his/her direct or indirect identification.
