The e-Governance Agency warmly congratulates its strategic partner, the World Bank Group, on the appointment of a new Country Manager for Moldova. Inguna Dobraja is the new Country Manager and will replace Anna Akhalkatsi, who held this position from 2017 to 2021.

Inguna Dobraja is a Latvian national and started her activity in the Republic of Moldova on 1 July. She has been a World Bank employee for over 25 years and, during this period, has held mandates in Liberia, Cambodia and oversaw the launch of several large infrastructure projects. She has professional experience in the managerial, operational, and corporate areas of the World Bank, as well as in social protection.

On this occasion, the e-Governance Agency welcomes Ms. Inguna Dobraja to Chisinau and expresses its interest in and hope for a good cooperation with the World Bank Group in the implementation of the Modernization of Government Services Project in Moldova.
