The reporting system within the National Social Insurances House was connected to MSign. This will enable economic agents to access to the service by means of all the electronic signatures available on the Moldovan market (the CTS signature, the mobile signature) and will simplify the monthly e-Reporting within the NSIH.  

The government digital signature (MSign) service is an integrating, secured and flexible mechanism enabling users to apply and verify the authenticity of the digital signature, including while using the information systems and the electronic services

MSign provides citizens with the possibility to sign documents, reports, statements addressed to institutions or inline petitions remotely.  

Public services already using the MSign Platform are e-Licensing, e-Civil Status, e-Apostille, e-Invoice, e-Tax Declaration (for individuals and legal persons). 

Connecting the NSIH to the MSign is part of the strategic program of governance e-Transformation technological modernisation in the Republic of Moldova.
