The e-Government Centre announces that the delayed receipt of IBAN accounts from the Department of Education, Chisinau Municipality, hindered the timely transfers of the kindergarten fees through Mpay. Thus, the transfer of the amounts carried out by some citizens for January 2016 did not reach the destination in a timely manner.

The e-Government Centre states that currently the process of setting IBAN accounts needed for the payment of the kindergarten fee has been finished and ensures that the Governmental Service for Electronic Payments MPay can continue to be confidently used for the payment of the kindergarten fee.

The e-Government Centre, along with the Providers of public services, will continue to improve and enhance the electronic services provided to citizens (Government for the citizen – G2C), business environment (G2B), as well as to state institutions (G2G).  

We shall remind you that on June 01, 2015, the payment of the fee for kindergartens and preschool institutions from 17 districts of the country under the control of Chisinau Municipality city hall has been integrated within the MPay service. In total, for the payment of the kindergarten fees, 23.008 transactions have been carried out.
