The E-Government Center's team was trained in PlanPro advanced functionalities

On Friday, 15th of January, representatives of eGov were enganged in an administrators training on PlanPro advanced functionalities. PlanPro is a multifunctional management system for public sector organisations for planning activities, budgeting, project management, as well as for monitoring, evaluating performance and achievement of goals and objectives defined by national strategies and action plans.
Participants were trained in using the advanced features of the PlanPro system, such as:
- administration and configuration
- mass operations with tasks
- setting strategies and actions plans
- approval of reporting
- the use of Kanban and Gantt charts and methodologies
- project management activities
- configuration of progress reports, etc.
The Government Platform for reporting, evaluation and monitoring (http://monitorizare.gov.md) PlanPro is the main instrument for the processing of all reporting under the national action plans and strategies, such as Moldova-EU Association Agreement and its relevant DCFTA components, Government Action Plan 2015-2016, National Development Strategy "Moldova 2020", etc
The platform is developed and extensively implemented in Estonia for monitoring and reporting purposes in various government institutions and agencies. In Estonia, PlanPro has around 3200 users with 425 strategic goals configured, 25 400 tasks with a budget of 990 MEUR (Ministry of Agriculture of Estonia, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of ICT, Tax Inspectorate, etc.)
It should be reiterated that the PlanPro system (localization, development of additional functionalities, local assistance and maintenance) is implemented in the Republic of Moldova with the support of the Estonian Ministry of Foregin Affairs.
