At the beginning of 2019, the E-Governance Agency launches new electronic services. Those who rent out real estate can pay the income tax on these transactions through the Government e-Payment Gateway- MPay.

The tax will be paid following simple steps: go on the MPay website here, enter the required data in the form and your payment will be processed immediately.

The income tax on the sale and / or use of real estate constitutes 7% of the value of the lease. The taxpayers are responsable for the tax calculation.
