e-Governance Agency launched the inventory of existing public services

E-Governance Agency together with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has launched a comprehensive process of public services inventorying.
Thus, for six months, will be identified and inventoried all existing governmental services delivered at central level which will be retrieved in a unique register of administrative public services.
The Inventory of public services is one of the key activities within the Modernization of Governmental Services Project, as it will identify the priority services that need to be upgraded and outdated services that can be eliminated.
Also, life scenarios and business events will be created to provide services in a friendly and understandable manner. Because of the modernization of governmental services, citizens and entrepreneurs will no longer have to tour government institutions to obtain and/or present confirmatory documents.
