E-Gov Center signed the first agreements on implementation of e-services

The e-Government Center and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction signed a cooperation agreement on implementation of the Electronic System “Regulatory e-Documents in the field of Construction”.
The electronic system will ensure the access of citizens, construction specialists, officials of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction and those of other central and local public authorities to the database of regulatory documents in the field of construction that are in force in Moldova, including draft regulations under preparation.
The Minister of Regional Development and Construction, Marcel Raducan, stated that accessibility and better knowledge of the construction-related regulatory documents will improve the quality of construction in the Republic of Moldova.
The main users of the electronic system will be architects, designers, engineers, companies licensed in construction design and construction works, central and local public authorities and tens of thousands of people.
The Electronic System “Regulatory e-Documents in the field of Construction” will be implemented by the end of 2012 from the funds of the Governance e-Transformation Project, managed by the e-Government Center.
Recently, the e-Government Center signed two other agreements on implementation of e-services for 2012. One of these is a cooperation agreement with the National Health Insurance Company (NHIC) relating to the development of an electronic reporting system at the NHIC. Another one is a cooperation agreement signed with the Chamber of Licensing. It relates to the implementation of the online licensing system (e-Licenses).
