Discussions with the business environment representatives about services and electronic tools capable to streamline the business process conducting
Today, July 31, 2014, the Center for Electronic Governance met in another meeting with the business environment representatives.
The meeting was focused on discussing different technological aspects related to the governmental platform such as MPass, MCloud, the Interoperability Platform as well as the Government Registers and Authorizations Platform.
The business environment representatives had the opportunity to learn about the said platforms functionality and the ways of using these solutions with a view to streamlining the main business processes. The Center for Electronic Governance presented the programs launched in this area as well as the most important e-Government projects, expected to be developed during 2014.
At the same time, the meeting represented a propitious moment to collect the feedback on the usefulness of the electronic services, dedicated to the business environment, as well as identify “aspects” that once improved will rise these services up to the highest level of efficiency.
The electronic services were created in order to optimize the business processes, facilitate communication between entrepreneurs and strengthen public-private dialogue.
At the moment, the business environment representatives have at their disposal services and instruments designed to optimize the activities related to billing (e-Invoice), reporting (e-Reporting to NHIC and e-Reporting to NSIH), issuing of activity licenses (e- Licensing) or other documents’ concluding services. In the same context, the open data platform or the e-Normative documents in construction service turn into indispensable solutions for making business decisions justified and cost effective.
