The Citizen’s Government Portal is undergoing constant improvements and now offers more possibilities for users. With the effort of the team responsible for this digital product, a series of blocks with new information have been updated. These include the following improvements: reactivation of the "Elections" bloc, presenting information on early parliamentary elections. In addition to the date of the election, the list of registered candidates, the address of the polling station to which the person is assigned, the map indicating the exact location of that polling station was included.

The new, “Education documents” block has also been added, showing information on education documents issued by Moldovan education institutions. It should be noted that only the information available in the Electronic Register of education documents of the Center for Information and Communication Technologies in Education is available. The archive will be digitized during the next year.

The "MPay Payments" block has also been updated, by adding social payments. Citizens can now view not only payments made through MPay, but also those received, as well as bank accounts associated with various social payments.

A pension calculator was added to the "CNAS Social Insurance" section - an automatic pension calculation mechanism. Thus, citizens can calculate their potential pension based on their work experience and projected income.

The MCabinet users can explore the new updates to the "Contraventions" block. There are now more details displayed for each contravention, as well as other types of administrative offences, not only the traffic ones as it has been so far.

A new block “Border Crossings” was also added, displaying all state border crossings that the person has made over the past 3 years, based on the identity card issued by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova.

The e-service Virtual personal cabinet is an electronic service developed for the citizens, providing access to the whole range of information held by the state about everyone. Authentication in this service is based on the digital signature - an accessible tool that opens many opportunities for navigation in the virtual environment.

The MCabinet service was launched in October 2020 and is an efficient and modern mechanism for obtaining official information of public interest and information documented about oneself, available in the registers and information systems of data providers, through a single access point - mcabinet.gov.md.
