Citizen's Government Portal provides accessibility, effectiveness, and safety

Avoiding direct contact with an official, queues at the counter or in the bank, and, at the same time, access to the necessary information, is now possible due to the new product launched by the e-Governance Agency (EGA) – Citizen's Portal.
In an interview for the online news portal Newsmaker.md, Igor Bercu, EGA's Project Manager, one of the main developers of the platform, spoke about the benefits of the portal and about the future priorities related to this product, in conjunction with an optimal relationship between citizens and government institutions.
He pointed out that accessibility of up-to-date personal information, as well as a considerable reduction in the risk of corruption development through personal and independent access, in current times and without the involvement of third parties, is a relevant approach in the age of a fast-growing technology.
Also, Igor Bercu spoke about the development prospects of the portal, co-operation with the government institutions in order to ensure a wide framework of information and services, as well as further plans related to this portal, all of which are meant to provide continuous accessibility, effectiveness by updating information and safety in situations of a world downturn, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
The interview is part of the Campaign for the celebration of 10 years of activity of the e-Governance Agency and is meant to disclose the details beyond the final product prepared by the e-Governance Agency.
