The Government Electronic Payment Service MPay and Visa International Company conduct an online payment promotion campaign between 25 October and 25 December 2021, and offer valuable prizes to the winners.

Everyone can take part in the raffle by making a single transaction through MPay (mpay.gov.md) with a Visa card issued by any bank in the Republic of Moldova. Winners are selected every month, and prizes are as follows: 2 Apple iPhones, 2 Apple smart watches, 50 certificates worth 500 MDL from the "Darwin" store chain. A mandatory requirement for registration in the campaign is to specify the participant's telephone number.

The promotion campaign starts at 00:00 on 25 October 2021 and ends at 23:59 on 25 December 2021 and is valid only for end consumers of government services using the Electronic Payment System MPay exclusively for personal consumption, for non-commercial purposes.

To participate in the campaign and win a prize, you need to make at least one transaction through https://mpay.gov.md with a Visa card, and register your personal phone number in the appropriate field when making the payment.

It should be mentioned that the MPay Service, in partnership with the Visa International Company, carries out on a regular basis information and public awareness campaigns on the security of online payments. Thus, they aim to encourage consumers to make electronic payments for public services in order to highlight the benefits and convenience of such payments.

During the campaign, the Electronic Governance Agency will inform about the successes of the promotion campaign using the institution's communication channels with the general public.
