Active Access to the Real Estate Register – more efficiency for the judicial system

AARBI – Active Access to the Real Estate Register represents an IT solution which enables judicial executors to update, in online regime, the database on real estate registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and provides them with information about real estate sequestration or deletion of the sequestration notifications.

The project will provide the judicial system with more transparency and rapidity. The implementation of the AARBI within the SE “Cadastru” will contribute to the modernization of the information system and bring a list of benefits such as: 

1. Benefits for the Moldovan citizens:

■public access to the statistical information, related to the activity of the „AARBI” Information System.

2. Benefits for the SE Cadastru:

■provision of a higher quality public service;

■optimization of work processes and reduction of the operational costs;

■automated processing of notifications requested by the judicial executors;

3. Benefits for the court enforcement officers:

■ensuring the possibility of involving and monitoring the activity performed by the judicial executors on probation;

■optimization of work processes and reduction of the operational costs;

■validation and integration of real estate sequestration notifications;

■ensuring independence of the geographical area where the real estate sequestration is applied.
