General News

The month of March ended up with a new record in the number of applications submitted by the economic agents in on-line mode for the issuance, re-issuance and extension of the activity license.

Thus, in March 2014, the service uptake rate reached 62.38%. Out of the 606 applications submitted by economic agents to the Licensing Chamber in March this year, 378 applications were submitted in on-line mode.

As a whole, from the launch of the service (November 6, 2012) up to April 1, 2014, 7150 applications for the issuance, re-issuance and extension of the activity license were received, 4276 of them were submitted in on-line mode. Fig.1 indicates an e-service uptake rate of 40.20% during the entire period.

The „e-Licensing” offers a full range of specialized functions to optimize the Licensing Chamber process of submitting and analyzing license applications. The following services may be accessed: License Application Submission and Issuance or Extension.

The licenses may be requested in electronic format. There is no need for the economic agent to come to Chisinau anymore.

After the examination of the application by the Licensing Chamber, the applicant is notified by e-mail about the decision taken in this regard. In the event of approval, the economic operator may pay the license-related fees within any bank. Finally, the applicant can go to the Chamber of Licensing to pick up the license or may receive it by post
