Today, August 18, 2021, the e-Governance Agency marks its 11th Anniversary. Over 200 digitized public services and more than 20 innovative initiatives launched and developed as part of dozens of partnership projects are just some of eGA's achievements.

Established in 2010, the Electronic Governance Centre was reorganized into the Public Institution "Electronic Governance Agency" in 2018. Since the first years of activity, the best specialists in the field have enthusiastically and dedicatedly promoted the reforms for e-transformation and modernization of government services in the Republic of Moldova. Years of hard work and cooperation with various public and private sector actors, with the support of development partners, followed. As a result, the e-governance infrastructure was created, dozens of projects, services and platforms were launched, among which: MCloud, MLog, MSign, MPass, MConnect, MPay, MPower, MNotify, MCabinet, servicii.gov.md and date.gov.md portals etc.

The eGA team promotes with dignity the image of our country worldwide. Thus, the Republic of Moldova became the seventh country in the world to implement the mobile signature, and in 2019 Iurie Turcanu, then eGA's Director, was included in the World's 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government.

The e-Governance Agency is constantly persevering, has a clear vision and big plans for the future and a more important role in coordinating digital reforms in our country. On the occasion of the anniversary, we extend our sincere gratitude to all our partners who have worked with us in those 11 years of activity and have contributed to the implementation of the digital transformation agenda of the Republic of Moldova for the prosperity and benefit of the people!
