Business digitalization – a business of the future

The programme of online information sessions entitled "Digital Business Support Services" started today for about 100 entrepreneurs from across the country who enrolled in this course.
Session 1 on e-Governance Infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova was presented by experts of the e-Governance Agency and focused on two important services in the process of interaction with the state: Electronic signature - MSign and authentication and access control - MPass.
The action aims at getting business representatives familiar with the opportunities offered by online services and training participants in the use of digital solutions and platforms that can simplify their processes and optimize resources.
During the 3 information sessions, organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) in partnership with the e-Governance Agency (EGA), the participants will receive information about electronic services available for the business sector, will participate in practical exercises aimed at strengthening the skills of using electronic services. The trainees will receive useful support and advice from EGA and CCI experts on the use of digital services, which is an always available alternative and an undoubtable advantage for businesses. At the same time, the beneficiaries were provided with detailed information about the electronic services of expertise, evaluation and certification of the origin of the goods by the CCI specialists.
In the opening of the event, Gheorghe Ursoi, EGA’s deputy director, declared: “Digital governance provides many opportunities for businesses. The most active beneficiaries and users of the services developed by EGA include economic agents, investors, enterprises and other representatives of the business community. I am convinced that we have a consistent common agenda, based on the interests and concerns of the participants, which will respond to the challenges faced by local business in these times that are difficult for the whole world. We must find together the solutions required in the digital age”.
The beneficiaries of future training sessions, scheduled for 23 and 28 April, will learn about the available digital services such as MPay and MPower and how they can help boost business development and competitiveness. In addition, EGA specialists will explain how to access the Entrepreneur’s Government Portal - MCabinet - a new service launched by the EGA for business development.
