The State Enterprise "Cadastru" has launched a new service - access to the Registry of Real Estate and to the graphical information on real estate.

The service is part of the actions undertaken by Î.S. „Cadastru” in supporting the Government's initiative on transparency and opening public sector data. 

Through the new service any citizen who acts on its own interest or on behalf of an entity, can visualize general data regarding a certain real estate, identified and registered in the Registry of Real Estate, according to existing legal procedures.

The set of data makes available to citizens information on: the surface of the real estate, its usage, tax purposes estimated value, ownership type, existing interdictions or notices on the real estate. The confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed.

The new service can be accessed via the single governmental portal of public services www.servicii.gov.md.
