General News

The State Fiscal Service and the Centre for Electronic Governance have increased the efficiency of the natural persons’ income tax declaration (CET08) submission process through the IS “Fiscservinform”. The electronic declaration for natural persons has been integrated into the “Mobile Signature” service. Thus, taxpayers will fill-in and submit online the income tax declarations (CET08), and will avoid going to the State Fiscal Inspectorate offices. The new functionality is already available on the web page servicii.fisc.md.

According to Vitalie Coceban, the administrator of IS FISCSERVINFORM, the mobile signature integrated into the “Electronic Declaration” reporting service means safety and accessibility, representing a quick and easy method to submit documents to the fiscal office”.

The taxpayers which want to benefit from the new modality of signing income declarations with the aid of a cell phone, will have to go to one of the mobile telephony operators, Moldcell or Orange, to obtain the “Mobile Signature”. Until 31st March 2013, the “Mobile Signature” service is free of charge.

The taxpayers which want to access electronic fiscal service via means of electronic authentication and signature, other that the mobile signature, will have to sign an agreement to obtain a connection to the electronic fiscal services. This operation can be performed in the IS “Fiscservinform” offices, located as follows: city of Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare boulevard, no. 162, floor 2, office 220 (within the premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry); city of Balti, Stefan cel Mare street, no. 128; and the city of Comrat, Comsomolului street, no.24.

For additional information on how to connect to the “Electronic Declaration”, in order to be able to subsequently use the mobile signature integrated into this service, please contact us at the following phone number: (022) 822-222.
