General News

Today, November 18, 2019, Moldova e-Governance Agency, in partnership with the representatives of the Chamber of Notaries of the Republic of Moldova, organized the first training session for notaries to familiarize them with the data access service, offered through the Government Data Portal date.gov.md (section "Data with authorized access"). The training will last two days, 18 and 19 November.

It should be mentioned that starting with November 15,  2019, notaries from the Republic of Moldova have access to data from state registers and information systems, in order to provide quality notary services, as well as to efficiently fulfil their legal obligations under the law on the organization of the activity of notaries, the law on notarial procedure and the law on prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorist financing.

It should be reminded that the Government Data Portal is a public information resource, created in order to provide a quality, holistic and integrated experience to all those interested in accessing and using the data collected and produced by authorities, public institutions, and Government as a whole.
