Starting this week, drivers can pay the road tax online for all vehicles registered in Moldova through the Government e-payment gateway - mpay.gov.md.

In order to simplify the payment method, the E-Governance Agency has developed a functional, fast and secure online payment method for road tax similar to the kindergarten fee. Payment may only be made by those who own vehicles registered in Moldova.

Currently, about 90 public services, including taxes, fines and other fiscal services can be paid using the MPay service. The whole range of services which can be paid online cand be seen on mpay.gov.md.
