We are talking about the land tax, a mandatory payment to the local budget, which is paid by persons and companies who have the rights of possession, use and disposal on the land.

To pay land tax you have to follow few simple steps: go on MPay website here, enter the type of tax and other required data in the form, complete the order and make the payment.

On the Government e-payment gateway - mpay.gov.md, the land tax is grouped into five categories, which are assigned an economic classification.
